Daniel Holden - Group Chief Executive Officer
Daniel brings a wealth of expertise across FinTech, eCommerce, accountancy and law to the role of CEO of Trust Payments Group. Joining in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer of the company, Daniel has also served as Chief Financial Officer for ST’s sister cyber-security company Cognosec.
Jonathan O'Connor - Chief Commercial Officer
Jonathan joined Trust Payments as CCO with a clear mandate to accelerate revenue realisation from both the STL gateway and Acquiring.com business lines, by driving sales within the company. He is passionate about a client-first mentality, which runs in parallel with reduced time to revenue as the firm’s new commercial operating model.
Chief Executive Officer
Steve heads and directs the card acquiring arm of the Group, and in his capacity as CEO oversees all operational, risk and compliance functions of the company. Steve is a member of the Group’s executive committee (EXCO) and has previously held top positions at other financial institutions in Malta.
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan joined SecureTrading Financial Services Ltd in 2017 with a mandate to restructure the Finance Department and instil his expertise, and valuable knowledge gained in the regulatory environment, into the Acquiring Bank. His initial primary focuses were revenue growth, systems restructure, regulatory control and overall cost management.
Chief Compliance Officer
Sharon heads the compliance section of the institution, and leads all functions for ongoing monitoring, AML and legal. Sharon sits on the Board of Directors as company secretary and is a member of the institutions executive committee (EXCO)
Chief Officer Business Development
John heads the Business Development section within the institution and is responsible for project and product management, including POS and oversees the business relationship and sales units. John is a member of the institutions executive committee (EXCO)
Chief Risk Officer
Barbara heads the fraud and chargeback sections of the institution, together with overseeing the underwriting section of the institution, responsible for the ultimate onboarding of merchants.
